QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Is it safe for my vinyl collection?

Yes — that's the whole point of the engineering. Patents pending specifically cover the safe backlighting and display of vinyl: low-heat LEDs with a large air gap to the face, a non-reactive plexiglass face that barely conducts heat, and a rear-mounted nub that can't fall off with a record on it. A 3mm rise keeps the B-side off the face entirely while gravity holds the record perfectly vertical — no warping, no scratches. Early backers also get the Vault dust cover to keep long-term displays clean.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. I've always shipped worldwide, and Nova is no exception.

Who takes care of EU VAT?

Nova is manufactured, assembled, and shipped from Poland — so no surprise VAT for EU customers, and far better shipping rates than I ever had shipping from the US.

Does it play my records?

No — Nova is not a turntable. It's a display that safely backlights your colored pressings. (Taking a record off a Nova is as quick as taking one off a turntable, so it's always ready to play.)

Does it work with every colored pressing?

Almost. Very opaque pressings won't let light through — I can't defeat physics. Yet. Translucent, marbled, splatter, and clear pressings look incredible.
